These days some believe the hype that it’s actually okay to ditch your low-fat diet and eat fatty steak, ice cream and pizza. In this article by Gabrielle DeGroot Redford in the AARP Bulletin, Dr. Ornish dispels the hype and warns that “if it sound too good to be true, it probably is.”
