The major complication of Type 2 Diabetes is Coronary Heart Disease, which our program has proven to help prevent and even reverse. Also, we have data from over a thousand diabetics (Type 2) showing that they can reduce their Hemoglobin A1c by following our program from above 7.0 to below 7.0.
Be more mindful about reducing your consumption of sugars and refined carbs
No Added Fat or Animal Protein Necessary
According to the American Diabetes Association, if you can keep it below 7.0 then you can prevent all the complications of Type 2 Diabetes. You do not need to add more fat or animal protein to your diet, but you do need to be more mindful about reducing your consumption of sugars and refined carbs (white flower, white rice and alcohol).
Consume Whole Fruit
Also avoid drinking fruit juices and instead consume the whole fruit. Fiber will slow the absorption of food from your gut into your bloodstream, thereby reducing the spikes in blood sugar that cause your body to secrete too much insulin. Most people who follow our program are able to reduce or even get off of their Diabetes medication under their doctor’s supervision.
